Hobbs Property Services ("we," "us") is a lawn and property maintenance business operating in St. Augustine, Florida and the surrounding area. This policy explains what information we collect, how we use it, and who we share it with.

What we collect

When you submit a form on our website or through a Facebook or Instagram ad, we collect the information you give us: your name, phone number, the address of the property you'd like serviced, and your answers to questions about your lot size and current lawn service. If you become a customer, we also collect billing information and notes about your property and service schedule.

We also receive limited technical information automatically when you visit our website, including your IP address, browser type, and how you arrived at the page. This is collected through standard advertising and analytics tools, including the Meta pixel.

How we use it

We use your information to:

• Prepare and send you a price quote for service at your property
• Contact you by phone, text or email about that quote and about scheduling
• Provide, schedule and bill for lawn and property services if you become a customer
• Respond to questions and handle service issues
• Measure how well our advertising works and reach people who may be interested in our services

Who we share it with

We do not sell your personal information, and we do not share it with other companies for their own marketing purposes.

We do share information with service providers who help us run the business — the software we use to manage customers and send text messages, our payment processor, and our advertising and analytics providers including Meta. These providers may only use the information to perform services for us.

We may also disclose information if required by law, or in connection with a sale or transfer of the business.

Text messages and calls

If you provide your phone number and agree to be contacted, we may call or text you about your quote and your service. Message frequency varies. Message and data rates may apply. You can opt out of texts at any time by replying STOP, and you can ask us to stop calling by telling us directly or contacting us at the address below.

How long we keep it

We keep quote requests for up to two years. Customer records are kept for as long as you're a customer and for seven years afterward for tax and accounting purposes. You can ask us to delete your information sooner.

Your choices

Children

Our services are for adults. We don't knowingly collect information from anyone under 18.

Changes

If we change this policy we'll update the effective date above. Material changes will be posted on this page.
